Lymphatic Drainage

Widely regarded as a lesser sister to the circulatory system, the lymphatic system is crucial to your body’s ability to ward off disease and heal from injury.

Lymphatic function supports every other system in the body, including the immune, digestive, detoxification and nervous systems.  In fact, poor lymph health underlies a host of conditions, from cellulite to cancer.

We have twice as much lymph fluid in our body as blood.  If lymph movement stopped entirely, we would die in a matter of hours.  What can we do to ensure our lymph system stays healthy?

The first thing to understand about our lymph system. Like the circulatory system that supplies blood, the network of lymph nodes serve as a series of cleaning filters.

When our lymph systems become blocked, directly or indirectly by air and water pollution, improper nutrition, emotional stress, drugs, (prescription and non-prescriptionl), or as a result of surgery (some requiring removal of nodes), radiation, infection and trauma, an inflammatory process sets in.  This can develop into lymph edema.

What is Lymph Edema?  Lymph edema is an accumulation of lymphatic fluid in the interstitial tissue, causing swelling.

What is the Solution?
LED lymphatic drainage.  It is safe and effective.  Unlike manual lymphatic drainage,  this cutting edge LED technique actually removes blockages in the nodes that prevent healthy lymph flow.  Clearing the lymphatic system can also reduce the risk of atherosclerosis (blockage of the arteries).

The earth removes pollutants and toxins, and revitalizes itself with flowing waters.  The human body does the same with the constantly moving fluids of the lymph system.

Breast Health and Toxins: As we areconstantly exposed to toxins, many ofthese toxins (xenobiotics) have an estrogenic effect.  Too much estrogen causes breast cancer.  The main way our body gets toxins out of the breasts is through lymphatic drainage.
